The ICC Decision on the Hague Six

The ICC on Tuesday made the decision to issue summonses to the Ocampo Six. The Six are now required to appear before the Pre Trial Chamber at the Hague. They will begin their case on April 7, which is just under a month when they will have to show cause why they should not stand trial for their alleged role in planning the 2008 Post Election violence that claimed more than 1000 lives.

Following below is the complete decision as given by the ICC judges.
