EACLJ's Director Joy Mdivo was invited to speak at a women's conference organized by women from different churches in Kitengela area. They were informed of their Constitutional Rights, touching on succession matters, their Children rights, importance of a marriage certificate for a woman, grounds of a divorce and how the new land laws would affect them. She also explained the 'Linda Uhai Initiative', which is a Pro-life Campaign aimed at promoting the culture of life in our society and getting rid of illegal abortions.
